We are left wondering what the election outcome means for
immigration policy, for our families, for our constituents, and our movement.
Although none of us have the answers, what I do know is that we need to keep
fighting hard and be on the offense to protect immigrants and working families.
Our movement is committed! We are the folks who have been in a struggle for
justice for over half a century—the movement that says, “Si Se Puede”. This is
when we need to keep showing our resolve and put our heads and strategies
together to fight for what we believe in—dignity for all people, strength in
diversity, and fairness.
